15 months after my sweet boy was born... he's walking like a champ. Saturday night Becky and I were sitting with Andrew on the floor and he just looked at me and I could just hear what he wanted to say, " Ok, that's it. I'm walking." He took about seven steps right to Beck and we looked at each other with thrill in our eyes, got the video camera out and for the next 40 minutes past his bedtime he walked back and forth from Beck to me, from me to Beck and over and over and over again. His face just lit up with excitement.

So not only did our son start walking this weekend, but Beck received her nursing license and Board of Nursing Certificate with Authority to Practice Medicine. It came in the mail saturday afternoon. Woo Hoo!!!!!! Her first night in the ER is this wednesday. So, give her a few days to get settled in
before harming yourself.

There's no denying it.

It's Official!!!!

Anderson SC welcomes my wife, Rebekah D. Price, RN, into the wonderful world of nursing. We found out this past friday that she passed the board of nursing exam and she is Anderson Medicals newest (and hottest) trauma nurse. Beck will start this thursday night in the ER where she will begin her training. Two nights after the 4th you know there will still be some rednecks blowing their fingers and toes off. "Hey bubba.... watch this." I can't wait to hear the stories she will bring home.

With months of prayer, Gods timing is perfect. We are so proud of her and her dedication to her studies and her determination to accomplish this goal. Thank you to everyone who helped out watching Andrew so she could get some quality time to study. Also for everyones prayer and support. This has been a long road and we could not have done it without Gods grace and love and the support of our family and friends we love so dearly. I know Becky will be an amazing nurse with her compassion and love for people, her drive to learn and succeed, and with her abundance of energy, I believe the ER will be the perfect place for God to use her.

So, if you pass out and crack your head, fall down a well, get hit by a truck, get into a bar fight or simply plummet to the ground trying to save a cute little kitten that found itself too high in a tree... rest assured you will be in good hands.

... but check Becks schedule before putting yourself in a harmful situation.
